When you rent a car during the booking process on our website, you are reserving directly through the CarTrawler car rental service and your selected car rental company. The payment and booking lie directly with them. Therefore, we do not have any information regarding the reservation(s).
To manage your car rental booking, please sign into the CarTrawler booking portal.
If you need assistance with your car rental booking we urge you to contact CarTrawler through their website. If that does not work, we recommend contacting the car rental company directly e.g. Hertz, Avis, Budget, etc.
