If you are traveling with your own wheelchair, you will need to check it in. We will carry the wheelchair in the aircraft hold free of charge.
You have the option of leaving the wheelchair with us at the check-in counter or outside the aircraft door. Should you choose to leave it at the check-in counter, a member of airport staff will bring you another wheelchair and accompany you through the terminal building.
Though your wheelchair goes with checked-in baggage in the aircraft hold, it is not counted towards your baggage allowance and no charges apply.

Onboard wheelchair for persons with reduced mobility (PRM)
All WOW air aircraft that operate to/from the US are equipped with a foldable wheelchair on board to assist with moving the passenger between their seat and the restroom. The passenger must be able to move in and out of their wheelchair unassisted or with the assistance of their travel attendants/companion. The cabin crew is not able to lift the passenger or assist passengers in the restroom. This wheelchair is not emergency equipment and cannot be used during an evacuation.
