You can book children's car seats and stroller at the time of booking but you will have to declare it as odd-size baggage.
The cheapest option is always to buy baggage allowance online when you make your initial booking. You can add baggage and special equipment after booking at a higher rate under My Booking, in the Web Check-In portal or at the airport. See our optional fees and charges.
Included in the ticket price for children is either a stroller or a car seat. If you would like to bring both you will have to pay for the extra one according to our list of optional fees and charges
Car seats can only be taken on board if there is a spare window seat available. If there isn't, the car seat will be checked-in at the check-in desk or at the gate and put with the hold baggage. Please note that unless the car seat is marked "Airplane Approved", the child is not permitted to sit in the car seat during take-off and landing.
- Strollers and car seats should be packed in special bags designed for the equipment, or in a padded case.
All odd-size baggage, such as children's car seats and strollers, needs extra protection and should be packed to withstand normal baggage handling. Certain items are not designed for air travel and therefore need extra protection. It is the owners responsibility to ensure that all baggage is properly packed. We bare no liability if damage occurs to baggage that is not properly packed.
